The “Websites”, “Site” or “Sites” mean Mobius Solutions Ltd.’s websites (including, without limitation, www.optimove.com, www.postfunnel.com and any successor URLs, mobile or localized versions and related domains and subdomains).At Optimove, we value your privacy and are committed to preserving it. We aim to be as transparent as possible with how we collect and process your data and personal information. Use of the Optimove system requires the provision of customer data (“Customer Data”) by our clients.
All Customer Data shall be retained until the earlier of: i) client request for Customer Data deletion; or ii) termination of the agreement between Optimove and the applicable client.
Third parties to which Optimove may disclose your personal information
Optimove gathers data for marketing purposes through its websites and by receiving customer lists when attending events. In some places on Optimove’s public-facing websites, you can fill out web forms to ask to be contacted by our Sales Team, sign up for a newsletter, register for an Optimove event, or download specific content. The specific personal data requested on these forms will vary based on the purpose of the form. We will ask you for information necessary for us to provide you with what you request through the form (for example, we will ask you for your email address if you want to sign up for an email newsletter and for your phone number if you want a member of our Sales Team to call you).
We use your email address to send you information about Optimove products, services or events in which we think you may be interested. You can opt out of receiving marketing communications from us at any time through your marketing preferences page by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing email you receive from Optimove. You can also unsubscribe from emails using our online form. Please note that it may take up to three days to remove your contact information from our marketing communications lists, so you may receive correspondence from us for a short time after you make your request. You will not be able to opt out of product-essential emails from us, such as password reset emails, billing emails, or notifications of updates to our terms, unless you deactivate your account.
We may also use publicly-available information about you that we have gathered through services like LinkedIn, or we may obtain information about you or your company from third party providers. We use this information to help us understand our customer base better, such as your industry, the size of your company, and your company’s website URL.
Optimove will not sell your personal data, or the personal data of your end users. We may share your data personal data with third parties when marketing to you. In these cases, we do not allow any personal data to be used by third parties for their own marketing purposes. We will only share your data with a third party when it is necessary for our suppliers to provide services to us, or for another reason listed here, or share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
When you visit an Optimove website, we process your information to market our services to you on other websites.
Marketing content and email subscriptions
You may opt-in to receive communications from us about information that we believe may be of interest to you, as well as news or offers from us or third parties, which may include our newsletter or information about special offers, products or offerings, or other items. Data Privacy Framework
Optimove complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. Optimove has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union and the United Kingdom in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. Optimove has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from Switzerland in reliance on the Swiss-U.S. DPF. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles and/or the Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern. Optimove is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF and the Swiss-U.S. DPF, Optimove Inc. adheres to the EU-U.S. DPF Principles, including as applicable under the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles.
