We wanted to take this opportunity to outline some of the steps we’re taking to promote the wellbeing of our employees while maintaining business continuity for our customers.
Optimove has successfully supported critical business activities during difficult times in the past and, while this global crisis is of an entirely different magnitude, we will continue to do so to the best of our ability.
We are in a position that allows us to continue investing in and developing our product even during such turbulent times, while ensuring that our customers can continue using our product seamlessly. We will continue to support and enable your ability to nurture and foster positive relationships with your customers, while adapting customer experiences to the new reality of the last few weeks and months.
Measures to preserve continuity of service
Even during these challenging times, Optimove’s infrastructure and processes allow us to provide the same high levels of uptime and support that you would expect at any other time. Our data architecture was built to ensure maximum performance at any given time.
In addition, Optimove provides its employees with the tools and applications they need to work securely from anywhere. Every employee has a company-managed laptop that is configured for automatic security updates and comprehensive endpoint protection. And to make sure that our employees stay productive, regardless of their work environment, we use advanced collaboration software, including Slack, Zoom, HubSpot, Zendesk and Microsoft Teams.

Measures to keep Optimove employees safe
Since COVID-19 started spreading rapidly, Optimove’s leadership and HR teams have developed detailed guidelines for working and managing teams remotely. Starting this week, and in alignment with government-issued guidelines, all Optimove employees are being encouraged to work from home. We are confident that our employees and infrastructure will enable us to continue supporting our product and customers with the same level of quality that we deliver during calmer times.
We have also indefinitely suspended all company travel and corporate events in adherence to the recommendations of health experts and governments worldwide.
