Optimove Celebrates Exceptional CRM Marketing: Here Are The 2022 Heptagon Awards Winners

What’s the right word to describe our sentiment at this very moment? Excited doesn’t really cut it. Here’s a few, pick one: Thrilled, delighted, super-stoked, inspired. Let’s just go with all of them.
We’re all of these words because today, we announce the winners of the 2ns annual Heptagon Awards! The Heptagon Awards – celebrating CRM excellence – are dedicated to the best campaigns, teams, and individuals who achieved exceptional results with their CRM Marketing efforts and strategies.
Following yet another year sprinkled with new marketing challenges of various of shapes and sizes, this year’s awards are particularly interesting as in addition to CRM Excellence, they also indicate other great-to-have qualities like adaptability and resilience.
Another reason this year’s awards are unique is the fact that we invited our clients to nominate and submit individuals and teams they believe did brilliant CRM work. We received more than 70 submissions(!) and that truly wowed us. In those submissions, we found teams that exhibit emotional intelligence in every campaign and customer interaction and go above and beyond to create and maintain authentic, healthy, and effective relationships with their customers.
Winners were selected based on how advanced, sophisticated, ambitious, and impactful their CRM Marketing approach is. Of course, we considered the incremental impact on their campaigns’ revenue and their use of intelligent orchestration tools, among others.
