Optimove has acquired Graphyte, providers of a real-time, cloud-based personalization platform. The announcement comes on the heels of Optimove’s purchase of Kumulos, a provider of a personalized messaging platform for mobile applications. The combined purchase price of the two deals was not disclosed.

Optimove, the leading CRM Marketing Platform, announced the appointment of Tara Bryant as the company’s Chief Revenue Officer. The selection is indicative of the company’s determination to bring in high-profile talent to support its rapid growth and ambitious expansion plans.

The IDC MarketScape evaluated CDP vendors according to their success in designing, developing, installing, and configuring their CDP platform, focusing on three layers: Data, Analytics, and Activation. The report also focused on technologies that demonstrated the ability to influence brands’ bottom lines significantly. As a prerequisite, vendors had to hold core CDP capabilities that enable customer experience differentiation, seamless marketing orchestration, automation, and personalization, in an efficient, easy-to-execute manner.

The acquisition is a key to Optimove’s plans to expand the native messaging capabilities of its highly customizable CRM marketing package, which enables companies to connect more efficiently with customers and provide a personalized, multichannel sales experiences at scale.

Optimove, specializing in customer relationship management marketing, wants to help brands “delight” their customers and keep them coming back. The company, with bases in Tel Aviv, New York and London, raised a $75 million growth investment led by Summit Partners.

CRM software is among the biggest software market in the world — and the growth isn’t slowing down. According to Globe Newswire, the CRM industry is anticipated to be worth $113.46 billion by 2027.

“Optimove has raised its game across nearly every CCCM criterion since it appeared in our 2019 edition of this evaluation,” stated the Forrester report. The report also notes, “Enterprise references from the telecommunications and online gaming sectors enthusiastically endorsed Optimove.”
